Diane's Estate Sales has been a trusted name in Pasco, Hernando & North Pinellas County for over 17 years. Rob & Diane Hoolihan built something rare, a business that clients and customers didn't just hire, but genuinely loved. When the time came for them to transition, they wanted to pass it to people who felt the same way.

How We Found Our Way Here
Jenny has always been an estate sale enthusiast. As a New Port Richey native and frequent Diane's customer, she knew the quality of their sales. In the fall of 2025, while attending one of Diane's sales, Jenny learned that Rob & Diane were looking to transition out of the business. What followed were several meetings, conversations, and a growing relationship with two people who, like so many of their clients before us, we really appreciated as human beings.
We acquired Diane's Estate Sales in February 2026, committed to honoring everything Rob & Diane built. And the best part? They're not gone. Rob & Diane have stayed on as consultants, you'll still see familiar faces at our sales, but they've passed the baton knowing the business, their reputation, and their clients are in good hands.
Why This Business, Why Now
This wasn't just a business acquisition, it was personal.
Jenny spent several successful years as a realtor and has been a real estate investor alongside her husband Chris for over 20 years. She understands property, presentation, and people. But beyond the professional background, we've lived the experience our clients come to us with. We've had to liquidate a relative's belongings ourselves, navigating the emotional weight of loss, the stress of an estate, and the overwhelming question of where do we even start? We know firsthand what families go through, and that empathy is at the core of how we operate.
Meet the Family Behind the Business

Jenny & Chris Brewer(Owners)
Jenny was born and raised in New Port Richey. She left Florida briefly, Chris, then an assistant golf pro at Innisbrook in Tarpon Springs, swept her away to Missouri after a blind date in 1994. They raised their family there for decades before moving back to Pasco County in 2021 to be closer to Jenny's parents. Coming home has always felt right. Jenny brings her real estate expertise, her lifelong love of estate sales, and her deep roots in this community to everything she does. Chris is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years building successful marketing and advertising businesses. He brings the operational and business expertise to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Brooks & Carly Brewer(Operations & Design)
Brooks is Jenny & Chris's son, and acquiring this business came with a dream bonus: getting him and his wife Carly back in Florida. Brooks brings a background in law enforcement and transportation. He's intelligent, creative and is great with personal interactions. Carly has a service & management background and a natural gift for interior design and staging. If you've ever walked into one of our sales and felt like you were browsing in a retail store, rather than an estate sale, that's Carly's work.
