Can anyone attend an estate sale?
Absolutely! Our sales are open to the public. Check our Upcoming Sales page for current dates, locations, and previews.
What time do sales start?
Our sales open Friday & Saturday 9am–2pm (Thursday–Saturday for large estates). We recommend arriving early, our first day especially tends to draw a crowd!
How do you manage entry on sale day?
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, no numbering system, no reservations. We do ask that everyone in your group be present when the doors open. Holding a place in line for family or friends who haven't arrived yet isn't fair to everyone else who's been waiting, and our regulars know we take that seriously. Arrive together, shop together!
Do you discount items as the sale goes on?
Yes. The first day is always full price. We offer progressive discounts on subsequent days, follow our Facebook page or join our email list to see what's been reduced each day.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App & PayPal.
Can I make an offer on an item?
Yes! We encourage it. Speak with one of our staff members on the sale floor and we'll do our best to work with you.
Can I have items held before or during the sale?
We do not hold items before the sale opens.
How do I purchase a large item?
Large items have a price tag attached. Pull the tag and let a staff member know, they'll mark it as sold. Bring help for moving large items such as furniture or appliances, though our staff will assist to the best of their ability.
Do you offer delivery?
We don't offer delivery at this time, but we're happy to refer you to local movers upon request.
Can I pick up a large item on a different day?
Yes, we'll issue you a pickup receipt. Items must be picked up during regular sale hours.
Are items available for purchase after the sale ends?
No. All items are only available during open sale hours.
What is your refund policy?
We offer same-day refunds with a receipt for items found to be in non-working condition. Items marked "as-is" are not eligible for refund. We test electronics prior to the sale whenever possible.
Is there anything I should know about theft prevention?
We take security seriously. Our team controls entry volume at all times, limits the number of people inside, and monitors the home throughout the sale. Valuable and small high-priced items are kept near checkout for constant visibility.
